We use industry leading Anderson and Wegenerr CNC Routers to machine your project to exact specifications. We can read and edit Alphacam and Solidworks AutoCAD models to produce outstanding solutions for your plastic production needs.

Welding & Repair

We can weld and repair almost any type of plastic material or structure in almost any size, thickness or shape. We have a Wegener fusion butt welding machine and the results of our work speak for themselves.

Custom Fabrication

We are able to build just about anything out of plastic, from collapsible bulk bins to storage tanks to portable kennels. We can bend, shape and melt most plastics into any shape, using weldments that can withstand harsh temperatures.

Sign Production

We manufacture stunning looking signs that are guaranteed to last for 30 years. This is accomplished by machining a single piece of brightly colored, multi-layered material. Our specialized technique enables us to create very cost competitive signs.

Assemble & Packaging

Greyco can assemble the parts that we manufacture for you, or even parts that you send to us. We can also package parts or finished assemblies. We provide assembly services using bolts, screws, rivets, or gluing, according to your specifications.

 

CAD Software

We can read, write and design in CAD – the software language used by or CNC routers. Send us your files or just bring in a sketch, and we will do the rest for you, using industry leading Alphacam and Solidworks software.
